Outstanding Events offer a range of experiential activities which provide participants with a wide range of learning opportunities. These can provide 'hands on' practical solutions to everyday situations that arise in the workplace.

Activities help participants identify and develop skills in planning, listening, sensitivity, respecting others, communication and leadership.

Clients are offered a variety of 6 long and 10 short activities (including supporting documentation) they wish to focus on, each of which concentrates on different specific areas. An example of two of the longer activities are ;-

Each activity has its own learning objectives but all are complimentary. As they vary in complexity, they have been given a rating of introductory, intermediate and advanced.
