The Outstanding Events Company Limited is a family owned and managed business.
Caroline and Rob Lancaster decided to create the business to meet the changing needs of schools and youth groups. Over time we have developed the business to include activity hire and corporate training divisions.

Robs background is the entertainment industry. Having started over 20 years ago in the voluntary sector organizing activity holidays for youth groups he then progressed through various companies including Banana Split and Light & Sound Design Ltd before going on to work for companies in the activity sector - PGL, Warners, The Outdoor Education Company & TOEco.

Caroline is an NNEB Qualified Nursery Nurse who has worked in various schools and agencies including the Traveller Education Service and was a special needs Nursery Nurse in Harrow.

Together they believe absolutely in the core beliefs of the business - quality, professionalism, safety & fun.
