The Outstanding Events Company Limited is a family owned and managed business.
Caroline and Rob Lancaster together with Jane and Jeff Ashton teamed up
to create the business and handle the day to day running. Jeff is responsible for finances, Jane inputs the creativity, Caroline runs the office while
Rob personally oversees every event we undertake.
Robs background is the entertainment industry. Having started over 20 years ago in the voluntary sector organising activity holidays for youth groups he then progressed through various companies inlcuding Banana Split and Light & Sound Design Ltd before going on to work for companies in the activity sector - PGL, Warners, The Outdoor Education Company & TOEco.
Caroline is an NNEB Qualified Nursery Nurse who has worked in various schools and agencies including the Traveller Education Service and was a special needs Nursery Nurse in Harrow.
Jeff works for IBM and has over 30 years experience in the business sector. Together with his wife Jane, he is a registered Foster Carer for Hertfordshire County Council and they were both chosen by the National Fostering Service to be one of 'The Faces of Fostering'
Jane also qualified as an NNEB Nursery Nurse before runing her own nursery as part of a Junior school in North West London. She eventually went on to become Deputy Headteacher at the school before retiring from teaching in 2005.
All together they believe absolutely in the core beliefs of the business - quality, professionalism, safety & fun.
